Information in the app
Puzzlely does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, camera, or advertising identifier.
The app stores settings, puzzle progress, completion history, statistics, and generated puzzle state locally on your device. This information is used to provide the game and is not transmitted to MN Booth LLC by the app.
Puzzlely does not include third-party advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs. It does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Purchases and restoration
An optional lifetime unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Puzzlely receives the purchase entitlement and transaction information needed to unlock or restore features. MN Booth LLC does not receive your full payment-card details.
Apple handles its services under Apple’s own privacy terms. Purchase availability and restoration can require communication with Apple’s systems.
Information on this website
This static website does not set marketing cookies, run advertising, load third-party analytics, or embed social tracking pixels.
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting and network providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser details, timestamps, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site. MN Booth LLC does not add a visitor-profile or analytics system on top of that infrastructure.
If you email Support, MN Booth LLC receives the address and information you choose to send. That correspondence is used to answer your request, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for support.
Your choices and deletion
You can clear gameplay progress, Daily Five completion, statistics, milestones, and tutorial progress with Delete All Gameplay Progress in the app. A verified lifetime purchase is not deleted because it belongs to your Apple Account.
Deleting the app removes its app-container data. Keychain-backed Daily Five integrity state and a verified purchase cache may remain after deletion or return through iOS backup, migration, or restoration behavior controlled by Apple.
Because Puzzlely does not maintain an app account or server-side gameplay profile, there is no Puzzlely account to delete. To request deletion of support correspondence or ask a privacy question, email support@puzzlely.app. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Children
Puzzlely is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. A parent or guardian with a concern can contact Support.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the product, law, or service providers change. The effective date at the top will be revised, and material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice.
