Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Puzzlely, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies to the iOS app. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, those mandatory terms control to the extent of the conflict.
Personal license and acceptable use
MN Booth LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Puzzlely for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or website, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived. You may not use Puzzlely to violate law or the rights of another person.
In-app purchases
Puzzlely may offer an optional one-time lifetime unlock through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The exact product, price, taxes, currency, and availability shown by the App Store before purchase control.
Payment, refund eligibility, family sharing when offered, and purchase-account management are handled under Apple’s terms. A non-consumable purchase can generally be restored with the Apple Account that purchased it, subject to App Store availability and verification.
Changes and availability
Puzzlely may change, add, suspend, or remove features to improve quality, security, accessibility, or legal compliance. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve legitimate lifetime-unlock access, but no specific feature, puzzle, device, or operating-system version is promised forever.
Daily content is generated or selected for a date and may be unavailable when device state is corrupted, software is unsupported, or circumstances outside MN Booth LLC’s control prevent operation.
Ownership and feedback
The app, website, visual identity, puzzle-generation software, text, artwork, and other original materials are owned by MN Booth LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
If you voluntarily send product feedback, you allow MN Booth LLC to use it without restriction or payment, while keeping ownership of any rights that cannot legally be assigned this way.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzlely is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond any non-waivable consumer rights. MN Booth LLC does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MN Booth LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Puzzlely. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and applicable consumer-protection rights remain in effect.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Puzzlely at any time. MN Booth LLC may suspend access for material misuse, security risk, or legal necessity. These terms may be updated for product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of it.
